In this high tech age where one is challenged to have an interactive communication with a real person, it is essential that one-on-one contact is readily accessible. The mortgage business is highly technical and significant dialogue is imperative. We know that each loan we touch at Thoroughbred is a fingerprint, unique in its own way. For that reason, we take time to “know” our borrowers so that we can tailor make each loan structure accordingly. Our service is “Old Fashioned” with stellar communications and the willingness to do whatever it takes on every loan.

Personnel
For a company to excel it must employ outstanding people with great attitudes who are honest and hard working. Everyone at Thoroughbred has the background, experience, work ethic and desire to perform at a high level every day. However, we recognize this merely as the bare minimum. Beyond these basics, our staff is willing to iron out even the slightest wrinkles. We know that the smallest details can make a great difference in a loan’s outcome. Everyone working at Thoroughbred “sweats the details” on every loan, and we believe the final results consistently reflect this fact.

Boutique Size
Arriving at the optimal size can be a delicate balance. Our goal is, and always will be, to remain small enough to custom structure each loan and to provide truly personalized service. Our only real consideration for having “size” relates to our ability to be affiliated with any lender we deem valuable and we have easily surpassed that critical threshold. This is the harmonic balance we have established and we intend to monitor it closely going forward.
